of racism and motorcycles

2 days ago, i was victim of snatch theft. and it happened so fast.

Leng and I were supposed to load stuff for L'Oreal's training @ Zouk at DaWei's house.

Both of us were really used to going to his place...

We were chatting away, opening the gate, ready to enter when Leng said;

"Mushroom (in chinese), be careful, the motorbike guy coming at you!"

Just as I turned, he was so near me, he grabbed my bag.(was an easy target cause i was carrying my HUGE CONVERSE BAG)

I yelled.....and managed to hold onto my bag tight.

He went off, kept looking back at us.

We were both so terrified. and quickly hid behind the Hilux parked in the house.

We both thought he's checking on us cause we heard motorcycles around the area.

Opened to door with shaky hands and stood inside there.

Leng called Elbrine.... and not long later, both she and DaWei were there.

I wasn't afraid in the beginning, cried because Leng was crying.

I wasn't even worried and took one of those bunting stands and stood near the door defending.

Not until after dinner with Lisa and the others.

We were walking back to the car park to get my car, till a motorcyclist turned into a junction with me standing near that junction

Reflexes told me that he's going to rob me again, and I got panicked, ran behind whoever was there, and started crying..

Only then, I realized how terrified I am. How shocked.

Up until now. it's been 2 days later.. I'm still afraid of cars and motorcycles that come from behind me.

I know I shouldn't blame anyone. But when I see Malays around. I feel unsafe.

I shouldn't be blamed of being a racist right now, that I have been robbed by a Malay.

Unless the friends I've known for some time ago. It won't change my opinion on you guys.

I wana thank those that were there for me.

Boss for sending a text, and even asked Elbrine to take us for ice-cream.

Lisa, for sayang-ing us back and dined with us.

Dawei and Elbrine, for being there with us, E.. your hand bengkak.. and Dawei for the tong sui.

Babe CJ, for worrying.

Daddy and Mummy, for worrying as well.

Leng, for crying with me.

Thanks everyone. Now that I'm fine and well, I'll learn to forget...

Both of us were lucky cause we're unharmed.

And thanked God, cause we're both not ready to die like this. Not in an ugly way.
